Elvis and his sister, Priscilla, were dumped by their owners on the side of a rural highway in Hendry County. They were nearly starved to death and covered in scabs and nearly hairless due to mange. These puppies would not have survived much longer in the elements on their own. Thankfully they are safe now and in foster care where they are receiving all the love and care they need to make a full recovery.
