Hi!  My name is Lady Lucy.  I have experienced a lot in my life, much of it scary and bad. Unfortunately, that has left me fearful of new people that I meet and sometimes I don't behave so nicely at first.  However, if you are patient with me I will come around and once I know I can trust you, I will be your best friend.  I will follow you wherever you go and I'd love to sit on your lap...or your foot...or your head.  I just want to be close to my person.  I am learning to trust more people every day.  My foster mom likes to say "Once you've made it on Lady Lucy's list, you're golden!"  If you give me a chance to learn to trust and to love, I promise I will be your best friend forever.
