Hi.  My name is Abby.  My owners left me tied outside of a veterinary office. My fur was severely matted and you can tell by my picture, I am very underweight. Thankfully, I am now in a wonderful foster home where I am getting the love and care I deserve and I am on my way to being ready for adoption soon.
